Halifax Regional Municipality, sometimes called HRM, covers a large geographic area with both urban and rural neighbourhoods. Some of these neighbourhoods benefit from city water and sewer while others have wells (drilled or dug) and septic systems. Part of Susan's job is to learn about what is important to you and then help you find the best neighbourhood for you and your family.
