Eastern Passage sits at the edge of the mouth of Halifax Harbour within easy access of Dartmouth or Cole Harbour shops. Beautiful views of the ocean, quaint Fishermen's Cove with its boardwalk at MacCormacks Beach allow scenic views of McNabs Island, Lawlor's Island, Devil's Island and the Halifax skyline.
Schools, community activities, nearby Rainbow Haven Beach, and the fresh salt air make this a wonderful place for families! This area has fewer condominiums and fewer multifamily properties. It has quite a few semi-detached homes which work well as starter homes or retirement homes.
