The current owner bought this property in 1977 with a single-floor bungalow. Online data suggests that the house was built in 1982, but that is not correct and the actual age is unknown as the house pre-dates 1977. After buying the bungalow, the current owner added a second floor to make space for their growing family and this changed the home into a Cape Cod style.
